Platform Rules and User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and 388w ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 388w website at 388w.win and the 388w Android application, including all associated services such as sports betting, Live Casino, Slots, promotions and payment processing.

By accessing or using any part of the 388w platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users, including registered account holders, visitors and anyone accessing the platform from Pakistan or any other location.

If you are registering on behalf of a business entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. However, please note that 388w accounts are personal and are not intended for corporate or commercial use.

To register and use 388w, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. The platform is strictly for adults and we take age verification seriously. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and any funds held may be forfeited.
• You must be accessing the platform in a personal capacity, for recreational and entertainment purposes only.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 388w account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating the account for commercial gain, money laundering or any unlawful purpose.

388w reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of your account and withholding of withdrawals until the matter is resolved. This is a standard practice designed to protect all users on the platform.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under your own name or under different names — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. Any balances or winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be voided.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account, including your username, password and any security PINs or biometric login credentials set up through the app. Do not share your login details with anyone. 388w will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and truthful information. This includes your name, date of birth and contact details. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 388w support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including temporarily locking the account to prevent further unauthorised use.

388w accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit cards. All deposits are credited in PKR with no currency conversion applied.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method selected. These limits are displayed clearly during the deposit process. 388w reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and will notify users of any material changes.

Funds deposited must only come from a payment account that is legitimately registered in your name. You must not deposit funds on behalf of a third party. Any deposits identified as coming from an account that does not belong to you may be held pending investigation, and any associated winnings may be voided.

388w does not charge fees for deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own service charges. Please check with your payment provider before depositing.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever operationally possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies across all withdrawal requests.

Before a withdrawal is processed, your account may be subject to a verification check. This is routine and is carried out to protect both you and the integrity of the platform. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national identity document (CNIC) and confirmation of your registered payment account.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are in place and are displayed at the time of making a withdrawal request. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed. 388w aims to process all withdrawal requests as prompt ly as possible, but processing times may vary depending on the method selected and any verification requirements in place at the time.

If a bonus has been applied to your account, withdrawal of the associated funds may be subject to wagering requirements. Please refer to Section 8 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details on wagering conditions. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the stated wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

388w reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account abuse or breach of these Terms. In such cases, you will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarification.

All sports bets placed on 388w are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market selected. These rules are available on the relevant sports and market pages. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules for any market before placing a bet.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user unless the platform offers a specific cash-out facility for that market at the time.

388w covers a wide range of markets including Cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series), Football and Esports. Live in-play betting is available for selected matches and markets. Odds for in-play markets change rapidly in response to events on the field — it is your responsibility to confirm the odds are correct before submitting a bet slip.

• Bets placed on a match that is subsequently abandoned or declared void will be settled as void and the stake returned.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, 388w reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are set at the platform's discretion and may be adjusted at any time.
• Accumulator bets are permitted. If one selection in an accumulator is voided, the accumulator will be recalculated with the remaining selections.

Any attempt to exploit technical errors, system glitches or pricing anomalies for financial gain is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account action including voiding of associated bets and suspension of the account.

388w's Live Casino, Slots and other casino game categories are provided by third-party software providers. Each game is governed by its own rules which are displayed within the game interface. By playing any casino game on 388w you agree to the rules of that specific game as set by the provider.

All casino games on 388w use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of Live Casino, real dealer tables operating under controlled conditions. The outcomes of all games are determined independently of 388w and cannot be influenced by the platform or the user.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — such as a disconnection, display error or game freeze — the game round may be declared void and your stake for that round returned. Decisions made in this regard by the game provider are final.

Live Casino tables have minimum and maximum stake limits which are clearly displayed before you join a table. Please check these limits before joining, as stakes placed outside the allowed range may not be accepted.

388w offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and accumulator boosts. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page and should be read carefully before opting in.

General conditions that apply to all 388w bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The exact requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Minimum odds: Qualifying bets for bonus wagering must typically be placed at minimum odds of evens (1.00 in decimal format) or as otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Time limits: All bonuses expire within a defined period. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account after expiry.
• One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at a time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• No cash equivalent: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money except through the wagering process described in the promotion terms.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 388w and will result in immediate account action including suspension, closure and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Opening more than one account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent means.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors or place bets using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Abusing bonuses, promotions or referral programmes — including coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts.
• Sharing account access with others, including family members.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events or any form of corrupt betting activity.
• Using the platform in any way that disrupts its normal operation or harms other users.

388w uses monitoring tools to detect unusual betting patterns, suspicious account activity and potential abuse. Where prohibited conduct is identified, the platform reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice.

388w collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 388w.win/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Personal information collected includes registration details, transaction history, device information and usage data. This information is used to operate and improve the platform, verify your identity, process payments and communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions.

388w does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and fraud prevention providers strictly as necessary for the operation of the platform.

You have the right to request a copy of the data held about you or to request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting the support team. Please note that certain data may be retained for legal, fraud prevention or audit purposes even after account closure.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
• Requests from the account holder for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account will be frozen until the matter is resolved. If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 388w reserves the right to withhold any balance depending on the nature of the breach.

Where an account is closed at the user's own request with no outstanding issues, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the user's registered payment method.

388w provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

To the maximum extent permitted, 388w is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or data arising from platform downtime, technical errors or connectivity issues.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to secure your credentials.
• Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics or match data.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

388w may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified by a prominent notice on the platform or by a message sent to the contact details on their account.

Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support.
